1 Halve the avocado and scoop out of its skin. Cut the avocado into cubes and place in a mixing bowl. 2 Stir in the kidney beans, salsa, and cilantro. Add the salt and pepper and serve.
Additional Information
For an excellent filling in pita, just mash half of the kidney beans before mixing them into the dip.
