Ingredients
1 large apples , core and cut into 1/4-inch slices (red)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Lettuce, Boston, fresh, leaf, medium , washed
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Mix together the apple slices and the lemon juice in a bowl.
2 Divide the lettuce leaves onto 2 plates and set the apple slices on top.
3 Whisk the canola oil, vinegar, and Dijon mustard together in a bowl. Pour over the apples. Season with Pepper to your desire.
Additional Information
For best results, do not peel the apples.
