1 Cut off any visible fat from the chops. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 2 In a small bowl, combine the jelly, mint, oil and garlic. Place the chops in the grill and spoon the sauce over each. 3 Grill for 4-6 minutes.
