Ingredients
4 lean lamb loin chops (4-6 ounces)
2 tbsp Jelly, red raspberry
1 oz fresh mint , finely minced
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium garlic cloves , finely minced
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Cut off any visible fat from the chops. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 In a small bowl, combine the jelly, mint, oil and garlic. Place the chops in the grill and spoon the sauce over each.
3 Grill for 4-6 minutes.
Additional Information
For variation, try a different jelly.
