Ingredients
Cocktail Sauce
1 cup Preserves, red raspberry, light, sugar free
0.25 cup horseradish , prepared
3 tbsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 tbsp unsalted tomato paste
3 tsp cooking sherry
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 whole jalapeno pepper , minced
0.5 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper

Shrimp
2 lb cooked shrimp , peeled and deveined


Directions

1 Place cocktail sauce ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Process or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
2 Chill cocktail sauce at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with shrimp.
Additional Information
Cocktail sauce will keep, refrigerated, for 5 days.
