1 Using a food processor or blender, puree buttermilk, salsa, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, and salt until smooth. 2 Add lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, and onions to a large bowl. Drizzle 1 cup of dressing overtop, toss to coat and serve immediately.
