Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat small oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Boil 4 cups of water.
3 Tear bread into large pieces and place in bottom of baking dish.
4 In mixing bowl, whisk egg, 3 tablespoons cold water, ground cinnamon, raisins, salt, and sweetener. Drizzle over bread.
5 Set the baking dish in center of larger oven-safe pan. Add boiling water to outer pan until half full.
6 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool completely before serving.
Additional Information
Try topping with other fruits.
