Ingredients
2.25 cup white all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup margarine , melted
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
15.5 oz Preserves, apricot (1 jar)
0.5 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
0.67 cup chopped walnuts
0.5 cup Raisins, golden, seedless
2 tbsp confectioners sugar


Directions
1 Use a large bowl, and mix the flour, sugar, salt, margarine, and yogurt, and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
2 Wrap the dough in a waxed paper, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
4 Remove the dough from the refrigerator, and divide into four equal parts.
5 Roll each piece of dough out on floured waxed paper to form a rectangle.
6 Spread 1/4 of the apricot spread over each entire rectangle.
7 Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and raisins.
8 Sprinkle one-fourth of the mixture over each rectangle.
9 Roll each rectangle up lengthwise to form a roll.
10 Place each roll on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
11 Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
12 Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Let cool, and slice into 1 inch slices.
