Ingredients
0.67 cup sugar
0.5 cup margarine , softened (1 stick)
0.33 cup Syrup, corn, dark
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup white all purpose flour
8 oz Baking Chocolate, bar, semi sweet , chips (1 cup)
0.67 cup Raisins, seedless
0.67 cup peanuts
0.33 cup Peanut Butter, creamy, reduced fat


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2 In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar, margarine, corn syrup, vanilla and flour. Pat the dough into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18-22 minutes.
3 In a medium pot over low heat, heat the chocolate chips, raisins, peanuts and peanut butter, stirring until melted. Spread over the cooked crust and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
Additional Information
You can microwave the chocolate, raisins and peanut butter instead of putting them on the stove.
