Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside.
2 Using electric beaters, beat margarine, sour cream, egg, and vanilla; mix in brown sugar.
3 Combine oats, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, and gradually beat into margarine mixture. Stir in raisins.
4 Spoon batter into rounds, 2 tablespoons in size, on prepared cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Let cool on wire racks.
