1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 2 Mix together the oat bran, sunflower seeds, raisins, baking powder, and fructose.
3 In a separate bowl, combine the egg and walnut oil. Add to the oat bran mixture.
4 Fill cooking spray coated muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
