1 Wash pears. Remove cores and cut each into 8 slices. 2 Dip pear slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. 3 Arrange radicchio and watercress leaves evenly on 8 salad plates. Arrange pears on top of greens. Sprinkle with cheese. 4 Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 hour.
