1 Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. 2 Beat eggs with flour, flaxseed meal, milk, oil, and salt until smooth. 3 Grease muffin tin cups or custard cups and fill half of each cup with batter. 4 Bake for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until popovers are crispy and golden brown. Serve hot.
