Servings
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cooking spray
2 medium garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts , halved and pounded thin
1 pinch salt and pepper
0.5 cup white wine (dry)
3 fresh tomatoes , sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds , roasted

Directions
1 Heat oil in a cooking spray coated skillet; add garlic and saute over medium heat.
2 Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and brown on each side until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
3 Add white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4 Remove chicken to a platter and cover with foil so that it doesn't dry out.
5 Spray the same skillet again and saute tomatoes until tender.
6 Gently lay tomatoes over the chicken on the platter and cover with the pan drippings.
7 Sprinkle with warmed sesame seeds.
