1 tbsp olive oil
4 medium garlic cloves , chopped
26 oz Sauce, pasta, tomato basil (1 jar)
4 oz pitted calamata olives , chopped
1 tbsp capers
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh basil , or parsley (optional)


Directions
1 Pour oil in a pot and heat over medium heat.
2 Sauté garlic 2 minutes. Mix in sauce, olives, capers, and red pepper. Lower heat and simmer 8 minutes or until warmed through; stir often while cooking.
3 Stir in basil, if using, just prior to serving.
