1 In a medium bowl mix together pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar substitute. Fold into yogurt. 2 Toast pecan pieces in the oven until golden, about 2 minutes. 3 Divide pumpkin mixture between 2 small dessert bowls or ramekins and sprinkle pecans on top. Makes 2 servings.
