1 cup romaine lettuce , torn into bite-sized pieces
1 cup fresh shredded cabbage
0.25 cup chopped parsley
0.25 cup fresh dill weed , chopped
0.5 small tomato , cubed
3 Onion, scallions, tops & bulb, fresh, small, 3" long , peeled and finely diced (or 1 small onion)
1 medium cucumber , thinly sliced
0.25 fresh avocado
6 Olives, black, jumbo, pitted, canned (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
1 tsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp cold water
1 medium garlic cloves , finely minced
1 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute) (equal to 1 tsp sugar)
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Place all the prepared vegetables in a medium-sized bowl.
2 Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
3 Pour over vegetables, toss and serve.
