Directions
1 Remove any excess fat off meat. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over meat; rub in with your fingers.
2 Cut meat to fit into a 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. Place meat in cooker.
3 Add sweet peppers, onion, hot pepper sauce and black pepper.
4 Pour undrained tomatoes over mixture in cooker.
5 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
6 Remove meat from cooker.
7 Drain vegetables, discarding cooking liquid.
8 Serve meat with vegetables.
Additional Information
If watching salt intake, look for salt-free Cajun seasoning.
