Servings
Ingredients
16 oz boneless pork chops (4-4 ounce chops)
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp salt
1 tsp Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
2 medium pears , cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp dried rosemary , crushed
0.5 cup Juice, apple


Directions
1 Season both sides of pork with the salt and pepper.
2 Heat the margarine in a nonstick skillet. Cook the pork for 3 minutes then turn over and cook another 3 minutes. Transfer the pork onto a plate.
3 Place the pears in the pan. Add the sugar and rosemary. Cook for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
4 Add apple juice to the pan. Place pork back in the pan. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
