1 Cut off excess fat from pork. Rub Worcestershire sauce over pork and season with salt and pepper. 2 Mix onion and garlic in a baking dish. Wrap with wax paper, and microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3 Mix flour and thyme into onion mixture and gradually whisk in broth and mustard, until blended. 4 Lay pork on top of onion mixture, spoke-fashion, with ends pointing toward center of dish. 5 Wrap and microwave on high 7 minutes, rearranging pork and stirring the onion mixture every 3 minutes. Let rest, covered, 5 minutes.
