Ingredients
16 oz boneless pork chops , center cut pork loin chops (8 2 oz each)
0.5 tsp fresh thyme , chopped
0.25 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
0.12 tsp Salt Substitute, Cardia Salt
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 medium onions , sliced lengthwise
3 medium red bell peppers , seed and sliced into thin strips
1 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tbsp red wine vinegar


Directions
1 Mix together the thyme, pepper, and salt and season both sides of pork with it.
2 Spray an large nonstick pan or wok with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat, add pork and cook until brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
3 Remove from pan, set aside, and keep warm.
4 Add oil to pan and return to heat until hot, sauté onions and sweet pepper until tender crisp, about 5 minutes then add garlic.
5 Return pork to pan, cover, reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender and pork is completely cooked, about 10 minutes.
6 Drizzle with vinegar.
Additional Information
While this recipe can stand on its own, if you feel you need to serve with something serve over brown rice.
