1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Cut off excess fat from pork. 3 Lay pork on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. 4 Whisk together mustard, honey, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Coat pork with mixture. 5 Bake pork 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads at least 160 degrees F. 6 Brush mustard mixture over pork while cooking. Top with thyme before serving.
