1 Preheat grill to medium.
2 Trim excess fat and skin from pork. Cut into 1-1/2" cubes. 3 Thread meat and vegetables on five 12-inch skewers, leaving some space between each.
4 Coat grill grate with cooking spray. 5 Place kabobs on grill and cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning occasionally, and brushing with dressing until cooked through.
Additional Information
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using.
