0.75 lb boneless pork chops , trimmed of fat and cut into 1-inch pieces
1.5 tsp ground cumin
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
0.25 cup Jam, raspberry, fruit sweetened
2 oz fresh green onions , sliced
1 tbsp orange juice
3 Plums, fresh, medium, FDA , seeded and cut into wedges

Directions
1 In a large resealable plastic food storage bag place the pork.
2 In a small bowl combine cumin, cinnamon, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper and sprinkle the mixture over meat in plastic bag, shaking so that the spices coat the meat.
3 Preheat the grill.
4 In a small bowl combine raspberry spread, green onions, and orange juice and set aside.
5 Take 8 skewers and thread on pork and plum wedges, alternating between each.
6 Grill kabobs directly over medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until the meat has become barely pink in the center. Turn the kabobs once while grilling.
7 Brush the kabobs with the reserved raspberry mixture frequently during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
