Ingredients
1.5 tsp cold water
1.5 tsp Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp dijon mustard
6 oz whole loin lean pork chops , boneless (2 -3oz chops)
0.25 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted (or butter)
1.5 tsp chopped parsley (or chives)


Directions
1 For the sauce, stir together the water, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
2 Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle both side of chops with lemon-pepper seasoning. In a 10 inch skillet, cook chops in hot margarine over medium heat for 8-12 minutes or until chops are done. Remove from heat. Place chops on a serving platter. Cover and keep warm.
3 Pour sauce into skillet. Stir. Pour sauce over chops and top with chives.
