1 Mix together the sugar, cornstarch, and allspice in a small saucepan. Add water and cook over low heat until thickened. 2 Stir the raisins and fruit juices into the mixture and then remove from heat. 3 In a separate bowl mix together the flour, salt and pepper and then use this to cover the pork chops. 4 Heat oil in a skillet over medium/high heat and brown both sides of the pork chops. 5 Pour juice mix over the pork chops and cover. 6 Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked to your liking. 7 Place orange slices around the plate for serving.
