1 Prehet oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Coat an 8 1/2-x 4 1/2- x3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. 3 In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, orange zest, and poppy seeds. Mix well. 4 In a separate bowl combine milk, orange juice, liquid egg substitute, and melted margarine. 5 Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 6 Stir in walnuts. 7 Spoon batter into coated loaf pan. 8 Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 9 Combine powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons orange juice, stir well. Drizzle glaze over hot bread in pan. 10 Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.

It has a hint of orange in the bread and a sweet orange glaze on top.
