Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Whisk together lemon and lime juices, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small pot.
3 Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
4 Lay steak on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
5 Coat the steak with half the honey mixture.
6 Cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
7 Flip steak and coat other side with the rest of the mixture. Cook 5 more minutes.
8 Remove from oven and cover with foil.
9 Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Spoon pan juices over.
Additional Information
Serve with lots of fresh colorful vegetables for a fresh and tasty complete meal.
