1 Place the water, fructose, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil then decrease heat. 2 Mix in the peaches and cook, covered, for about 10 minutes. Transfer into a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
3 Remove the cinnamon stick. Add in the banana to the peaches.
