Ingredients
3 large oranges , peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
2 cup red wine (or unsweetened grape juice)
0.5 oz honey
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp grated orange peel
2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
1 Add wine, honey, and cinnamon sticks to a medium pot, heat over medium heat and let boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
2 Take pot off heat and pour in the vanilla and orange peel. Combine the oranges and wine mixture in a serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
Additional Information
Serve this cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
