0.75 cup Sauce, plum (oriental)
3 tbsp tamari soy sauce (or reduced sodium soy sauce)
2 tbsp rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
1 tbsp fresh ginger root , grated
1 tsp brown sugar
1 fresh green onions , thinly sliced, with tops
2 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Combine all ingredients, chill until ready to serve.

This is great served over kebabs or pork.
