1 Follow pudding directions on package, except use 1 1/4 cups fat-free (skim) milk. Fold in yogurt. 2 In bottom of each of 4 parfait glasses, put 1/4 cup pudding mixture and layer each with 1 tablespoon granola and 1/4 cup plums. Repeat layers and top with remaining pudding. 3 Refrigerate.
