Directions
1 Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2 In a large size bowl mix together cereal, pretzels, and peanuts. Set aside.
3 In a small microwave safe bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey ,and apple juice. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until hot.
4 Slowly stir in the vanilla.
5 Take the peanut butter mixture and slowly pour over the cereal mixture.
6 Place on an ungreased 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan and sprinkle lightly with cooking spray.
7 Place in oven for 8 minutes.
8 Stir.
9 Continue baking for another 8 minutes (make sure the mix is golden brown). Remove from oven.
10 Add in raisins if using.
11 Let cool and serve.
