1 Preheat oven to 425 degree F. 2 Arrange tortillas in a single layer on an extra-large baking sheet. 3 Bake in oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp. 4 Spread hummus over tortillas. 5 Top with roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. 6 Bake about 6 minutes more or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned. 7 Sprinkle with olives and oregano. 8 Cut each pizzetta into quarters.
