Ingredients
0.75 cup part skim shredded mozzarella
0.33 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
14 oz English Muffin, plain, enriched , mini english muffins
3 oz Canadian bacon , chopped (1/3 cup)
0.33 chopped green bell peppers , chopped


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Mix together mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
3 Separate the two halves of each English muffin and set on a baking sheet.
4 Cover each English muffin with an even amount of cheese and top with Canadian bacon and green bell peppers.
5 Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
