Directions
1 Place a small custard cup or a microwave ring mold in the center of a deep-dish 9-inch glass pie plate sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
2 Mix together the meat, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, olives, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Spread this mixture evenly into the pie plate.
3 Stir remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and sweetener into the remaining tomato sauce, and spread over the meat mixture.
4 Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
5 Turn dish and microwave on HIGH for an additional 8 minutes.
6 Remove from microwave and let set for 5 minutes before cutting into 6 servings.
