1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Slice each pita into 6 wedges, set on a baking sheet, and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 3 Set aside and let cool. 4 While the pita slices are cooking, place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix. Serve with the wedges.
