Ingredients
3 Bread, pita, white, unenriched, 6 1/2"
0.75 cup unsalted canned navy beans , rinsed and drained
1 medium red bell peppers , finely chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp capers , drained
0.5 tsp oregano leaves
0.5 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Slice each pita into 6 wedges, set on a baking sheet, and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
3 Set aside and let cool.
4 While the pita slices are cooking, place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix. Serve with the wedges.
Additional Information
Let the pita wedges cool completely before serving.
