Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Place the pitas on a cookie sheet.
3 Pour the marinara sauce on each pita.
4 Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, broccoli and peppers and stir fry for 10 minutes.
5 Spread the sautéed vegetables over the pizzas
6 Using the same frying pan cook the turkey until completely cooked (no pink should remain).
7 Place the turkey evenly on each pizza slice.
8 Top the pizza with the cheese and bake for 5 minutes (or until the cheese has melted).
