Ingredients
0.25 cup Juice, tomato, canned
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano leaves , dried
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp garlic salt
0.5 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
0.25 tsp salt
4 Bread, pita, white, enriched, small, 4"


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Combine tomato juice, onion powder, oregano, oil, garlic salt, pepper, and salt.
3 Brush both sides of each pita with tomato juice mixture.
4 Cut pitas into eighths and place on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
5 Bake for 15 minutes before turning off oven.
6 Let sit in oven until cool and crispy.
