Ingredients
1 Pudding, pistachio, fat & sugar free, instant, serving (1- 4 serving package )
0.67 cup Milk, nonfat/skim, with add vitamin A, instant powdered
1 cup Unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice , packed in fruit juice, undrained
0.5 cup cold water
0.5 cup whipped fat-free topping
1 ready-to-use graham pie crust (6 ounce)
2 tbsp Cracker Crumbs, graham, plain (or 2 graham cracker squares made into crumbs)


Directions
1 Using a wire whisk, mix together the dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, undrained pineapple, and water in a mixing bowl.
2 Blend in the Cool Whip Free and then pour the pudding mixture into the piecrust.
3 Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4 Cut into 8 separate servings, and serve!
