Servings
Ingredients
1 Gelatin, strawberry, sugar free, dry serving, SD (1-0.3 oz package)
0.75 cup cold water , boiling
10 oz Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, thawed , partially thawed (1 package)
8.25 oz Pineapple, crushed, canned, with water , undrained (1 can)
1 Banana, medium, fresh , mashed
1 cooking spray
1 Yogurt, plain, lowfat , unsweetened


Directions
1 Dissolve the gelatin in a large mixing bowl in boiling water. Then chill the mixture until it is about the consistency of an unbeaten egg white.
2 Fold the banana, strawberries, and pineapple into the gelatin and pour half of the mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3 Chill until firm and store the remaining gelatin at room temperature.
4 Evenly spread the yogurt over the congealed layer. Then pour the remaining mixture over the yogurt.
5 Chill until firm and serve.
Additional Information
Though you can serve it in scoops, this gelatin is served great when cut into squares.
