Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Scrub potatoes and use fork to prick in various locations on each potato.
3 Place in a non-glass shallow baking pan and bake 55-65 minutes.
4 Cut potatoes lengthwise in half and slightly mash the insides with a fork.
5 Place the pineapple on the cut sides of the potato and add brown sugar and sunflower nuts.
6 Broil close to the heat for 2-3 minutes or until brown sugar bubbles.
