Ingredients
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp honey
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts , chicken breast halves
4 piece Pineapple, slices, 3" x 3/4", fresh , 1/2-inch thick (4 canned pineapple slices may be substituted)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 Blend the soy sauce, ginger, oil, garlic and honey.
3 Place the chicken in the grill and spoon the soy honey sauce over each piece.
4 Grill for 3 minutes. Place 1 slice of pineapple on each piece of chicken and grill for 3-5 minutes.
Additional Information
Sauce tastes best with fresh pineapple.
