A tasty salsa wiih a sweet and spicy twist.

Servings

4 oz fresh diced pineapple
4 oz Papaya, fresh , roughly chopped
1 serrano chili peppers
0.25 cup chopped red bell peppers
0.25 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
0.25 cup fresh chopped red onion

1 In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well to mix.

Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers. Substitute peaches or mangos for papaya. Poblano peppers also work well in place of serrano.
