Servings
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts , 4 oz each halves
1.5 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped zucchini , finely (or summer squash)
1 tbsp pesto sauce
1 tbsp Cheese, asiago, fresh, shredded , finely (or Parmesan Cheese)


Directions
1 Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 minutes
2 Turn chicken and add squash.
3 Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done and squash is tender.
4 Stir squash once.
5 Place chicken and squash on dinner plates.
6 Spead pesto over chicken and top with cheese.
