Servings
Ingredients
1.25 cup Flour, cake, white, enriched, unsifted
1 tbsp sugar
0.25 tsp salt
3 tbsp margarine , cold
3 tbsp cold water , ice cold (or more depending on the dough consistency)

Directions
1 Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
2 Spoon 1 tablespoon water into mixture at a time and blend with a fork after each addition; pastry should be just moist.
3 Roll our dough on a lightly floured surface into a sphere 2 inches larger than pie plate. Wrap dough around rolling pin and unroll into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate. Trim edges, fold under, and flute using fingers.
4 Bake pie as the recipe directs.
Additional Information
This pie crust is much lower in calories because of the cake flour.
