1 Prepare the pasta in according to the directions on the package. Omit any salt or fat. 2 Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and set over medium heat. 3 Sauté the mushrooms and pepperoni until the mushrooms become tender. 4 Mix in the spinach and sauté, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes. 5 Combine the pasta, dressing, and pepper mixture. Toss to mix.
