Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup fresh chopped onion
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 cup chopped tomato
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper , or more, to taste
0.25 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 lb fresh cauliflower florets


Directions
1 In skillet, over medium-high, heat oil. Add onions and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until golden.
2 Add tomato, salt, black and red pepper. Stir and cook 2 minutes.
3 Stir in cauliflower, cover. Lower heat, simmer 12 minutes or until soft.
