1 In wok, heat oil over medium high. Add garlic and beef. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. 2 Add yellow onion and stir fry until meat is cooked thoroughly. 3 Add scallions, tomatoes, black pepper, pepper flakes, green pepper, red pepper, vegetable broth, and soy sauce. 4 Cook over medium until peppers are tender crisp, 5-6 minutes, stirring occassionally. 5 In small cup, dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to wok. 6 Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce has thickened.

Serve over cooked brown rice, if desired.
