1 Preheat the broiler. Put the peppercorns in a blender and pulse until the peppercorns crack.
2 Brush the steaks with oil. Season both sides with the peppercorns.
3 Broil each side for 4 minutes. Take out of the broiler and cut diagonally into slices.
Additional Information
Use green or black peppercorns.
